NOSHOK 3010/3110 Series 3-Valve Differential Pressure Manifold Valves, Hard Seat & Soft Seat

The NOSHOK 3010/3110 Series 3-Valve Differential Pressure Manifold Valves, available with block, single flange, or double flange connections for remote or direct installation, are designed to support differential pressure transmitters incorporating two isolation valves and an equalizing valve. Each valve undergoes rigorous testing, including 100% helium leak testing to 1 x 10-4 ml/s, ensuring consistent performance and reliability.

The 3010 Series hard seat valves are rated for pressures up to 10,000 psi at 200 °F, while the 3110 Series soft seat valves offer a pressure rating of 6,000 psi under the same conditions. The 3110 Series valves feature a replaceable Acetal seat and straight through porting, enabling bidirectional, high-capacity flow and facilitating easy roddable cleaning.
